These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website mediascopeest.com (the "Site") and the media monitoring & clipping subscription services (the "Services") provided by Mediascope OÜ, registry code 17596066, registered in Estonia ("Mediascope", "we", "us"). By accessing the Site or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Mediascope OÜ is an Estonian legal entity operating under EMTAK code 63921 (Other Information Service Activities), providing B2B media monitoring, clipping, sentiment analysis and reporting services to PR agencies, corporates and public institutions across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

2. Use of the Site and Services

You may browse the Site and request a demo free of charge. Access to the paid Services (Starter, Professional, Enterprise plans, or any custom plan) requires a subscription agreement, which may be entered into separately from these Terms and will take precedence over them in case of conflict for matters it covers.

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party.

3. Accounts and demo requests

When you submit a demo request or contact form on the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of your organisation. We may use this information to contact you about the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Mediascope name and brand, and the underlying software — is owned by or licensed to Mediascope OÜ and is protected by Estonian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent.

Media clippings, reports and data delivered as part of the Services remain subject to the copyright of the original publishers; your subscription grants you a licence to use such clippings for internal monitoring and reporting purposes only, in line with applicable copyright and media-monitoring exemptions.

5. Subscription plans & pricing

Pricing displayed on the Site (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) is indicative and may be updated from time to time. Actual pricing, billing cycles and cancellation terms for a specific customer are set out in that customer's order form or subscription agreement.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and Services are provided "as is". While we take reasonable care to ensure media monitoring accuracy and timeliness, Mediascope OÜ does not guarantee that every mention across every outlet will be captured, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Estonian law, Mediascope OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Services.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, unless otherwise agreed in a separate subscription agreement.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
